1. Interior projects

Interior-design and execution projects are governed by the written quotation, work order or project agreement accepted by the customer. Any cancellation, refund, advance, material or completed-work treatment follows that agreement.

2. Website enquiries

Submitting the contact form is free and does not itself create a paid order.

3. Digital or third-party charges

Infrastructure, domain, hosting or third-party subscription charges are subject to the terms of the relevant provider and the account holder.

4. Requesting support

For a project-specific cancellation or refund request, contact Manoj M Interior with the project reference and relevant payment information. Requests are reviewed against the applicable written agreement and law.
